Design1980s executiveA world, not a theme

Brass, emerald, mahogany.

We built the Suite as the last great decade of the office imagined it — lacquered, brass-trimmed, and unapologetically rich.

The idea

The last era an office was meant to be beautiful.

Before the open-plan grey, there was a decade when a serious room meant dark wood, warm metal and a good chair.

The Presidential Suite is our answer to that decade. Not a costume — a genuinely comfortable, genuinely modern residence, built with the materials and confidence of the 1980s executive floor. Lacquered mahogany you can see your reflection in. Brass that catches every lamp. Emerald that reads as wealth in any light.

Emerald

Green as the third neutral

Deep emerald runs through the Suite — velvet, marble, lacquer. It's the colour that makes brass look like money and mahogany look like midnight.

Brass

Warm metal, everywhere the light lands

Every fixture, frame and rail is brass — the warm metal that turns overhead light into something flattering and turns a lamp into a small fire.

Mahogany

Lacquered wood, mirror-dark

The walls are dark mahogany under a lacquer so deep the room doubles in it. It's why the Suite feels like a place with a history, even at the top of a modern building.
