An office you can live in.

Rent the whole PH floor as a private office, a full residence, or a room to close the deal in — a six-screen desk, a real bed, and central São Paulo out the glass.

The proposition

A real office. A real home. And a room you can close a deal in.

The Presidential Suite is rented three ways at once — a private six-screen office, a full residence with a bed, kitchen and bath, and a room senior enough to host a meeting that matters. All on one floor, above Praça da República.

Is there really a market for an office you can live in? There is, and it is growing. Founders landing in Brazil, executives who pass through São Paulo all year, remote traders on odd hours, and small consulting teams on a deadline all want the same thing — somewhere to work seriously and sleep well without running between a hotel, a coworking desk and a rented meeting room. This is that somewhere.

Is it normal to do business in your own suite? It is, and it has been for a hundred years. A private suite gives you what a boardroom cannot — control of the room, discretion, and a setting that quietly says you are serious. We wrote a whole piece on it.

Below: fifteen honest guides to renting the Suite as an office, as a residence, and as a place to close the deal.

Rent it

As a private office

A curved lacquered desk under six wired monitors, a fast connection, and a door that actually closes. Take it as a day office, a project office, or a week of deep work — with nobody else sharing your floor.

No lease, no fit-out, no reception you have to walk through to reach your own desk.

Live in it

As a full residence

A real bed ten steps from the desk, a full kitchen, a proper bath, and a lounge with the city in the window. Stay a night or several months — it is corporate housing that happens to be beautiful.

The suite, without the hotel
Meet in it

As a room you can close a deal in

Seat five around the desk for a working session, or pour a drink at the brass bar as the towers switch on. A meeting upstairs, done with a little care, lands better than one in a grey rented room.

Common questions

Straight answers

Can you really live in an office?

Yes. The Presidential Suite is a complete residence — a real bed, a full kitchen, a bath and a lounge — that happens to contain a six-screen executive office. You work at the desk by day and sleep ten steps away at night. It was never a converted commercial unit; it was built to be worked in and lived in at once.

Is it normal to hold business meetings in a suite?

Very. Executives have received guests, closed deals and run private sessions in hotel and residence suites for the better part of a century. A suite gives you what a boardroom cannot: privacy, control of the room, no front desk, and a setting that quietly signals you are serious. Done with a little care, a meeting upstairs lands better than one in a rented grey room.

Can I rent it as an office only, without staying overnight?

Yes. You can take the Suite as a private day office or a short-term project office and never touch the bed — though most guests find the point is precisely that they can. Tell us your dates and hours and we will make it simple.

Is this a hotel?

No. It is a single, private residence on the PH floor of the Daniel Martins Building, booked directly with the host. There is no lobby, no chain and no one else on your floor. That is the whole idea.

How long can I book it for?

From a single night to several months. It works as a one-evening meeting venue, a working week, or corporate housing for a relocation.

Where exactly is it?

On the top floor of the Daniel Martins Building, on the edge of Praça da República in central São Paulo, directly above the República metrô station on Lines 3 and 4.

Who rents a place like this?

Travelling executives, founders setting up in Brazil, remote traders and analysts, small consulting and deal teams, and creators who need a room that photographs as well as it works.
