Who we are
This website presents The Presidential Suite, a short-stay residence on the PH floor of the Daniel Martins Building in República, São Paulo. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have over it. If you have any question about it, use the enquiry form on the Reserve page and ask for the privacy contact.
What we collect
- Enquiry details. When you use the enquiry form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide, so we can reply and arrange a stay. This is processed on the basis of your request (steps taken at your request prior to a booking) and your consent.
- Analytics, only if you accept. If — and only if — you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we load a privacy-configured analytics tool (Google Analytics 4) with IP anonymisation, to understand which pages guests read. Nothing analytics-related loads before you accept. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
- Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data (such as IP address and request information) to serve and secure the site.
Cookies & consent
The site sets no non-essential cookies until you choose "Accept" in the banner. You can decline, and the site works fully. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage; clear it to be asked again.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of trusted processors: Cloudflare (hosting, security, and Pages Functions), Resend (to deliver enquiry emails to us), and — only with your consent — Google Analytics 4. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms; we don't sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting stay, then deleted. Analytics data (if enabled) is retained according to the analytics provider's default retention.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data:
- Under the GDPR (Europe): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Under the LGPD (Brazil): confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and revocation of consent.
- Under the CCPA/CPRA (California): the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do not sell or share your personal information.
To exercise any right, contact us through the Reserve form and mention your request; we'll respond within the time your law requires.
Children
This site and the Suite are not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
International transfers
Our processors may handle data outside your country (including the United States and the EU). Where required, they rely on recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the "last updated" date above.
